And the house hunt ends...

Well, we have finally picked a house, located in Saratoga, CA (just southwest of Cupertino. It is also closest to the San Andreas fault compared to all the other bay area towns/cities). We spent a long weekend going through all the videos, pictures and house details...that was tiring. The tense part now is that my Dad has to get the loan approved through the bank, and because the housing market is so quick in the area (one house we looked at sold in a day), we may not end up in our favorite house :(. I hope everything works out with the bank and we can buy the house before anyone else puts an offer in for it. I'll update everyone when we make it official. I'm nervous!
