A long story...

My move all started with the relocation of my dad's Nestle office in Minnetonka. The company moved the office to New Jersey, joining with Gerber (also Nestle owned). After that, Nestle bought Kraft pizza (including Tombstone, etc.). My dad was later asked to work on the integration, which aloud us to stay in MN for 18 months. By the time the end of that period rolled around, Nestle had found a job in L.A. (Nestle USA Headquarters). So for the past 8 months, my dad has been flying back and forth between here and L.A. managing Nestle Beverage (like Nesquick, Juicy-Juice, Hot Chocolate, etc). Meanwhile, an old friend from G.E. (Maryland/Washington D.C. period of my life), had contacted my dad about a job at HP. My dad, very interested, contacted him, and did an interview. So, everything went well, and we decided to move to San Francisco (Palo Alto, Cupertino area). This whole thing has been going on for over a year now, but I was told about a half a year ago, at winter break. We recently found out fore-sure that we would be moving (as we finally got the job with HP worked out). My dad plans on buying a house within in the next week or two, so I'll update you on that in the near future. This is going to be really tough for me, but moving so much in the past will ultimately help. I've made a lot of good friends here and I hope I can visit often!

  1. Yet I didn't find out until today? Man!
P.S.: Did we win or loose the game dedicated to us?

  4. I still wish you guys didn't have to move, but like the wise man said in fernandos quote said, "I can sum up life in three words, it goes on"

  5. I actually just made that quote up, but it sounded better if I said a wise man said it...
