We got a house!

The owners of a house we found in Los Altos accepted our offer after a long afternoon of negotiation. After four offers and four counter-offers on this house, we finally got it. The market in San Fran. is so quick that it's hard to get a house before somebody else buy's it first. It was really bad because we heard that Google had recently made a mass-hiring, and was relocating a bunch of people to the area we were looking in, which was really annoying! Every time I saw a google guy, I wanted to give him the middle finger! LOL

    How could you tell they were google guys? Did they have company cars or something?
